On Thursday, Jan. 10th, supporters of a bipartisan bill that fell short in last year's Legislative session unveiled their plan to promote more solar energy in South Carolina, as well as a new co-sponsor for the proposal.
State Rep. Seth Rose said he is co-sponsoring the bill because South Carolina needs to embrace and invest in renewable sources of energy to help build a stronger state and provide more alternatives for citizens.
